Are you a Senior Bookkeeper with management accounts experience and at least 5 years experience working in a good quality accountancy firm, looking to work for a modern and forward thinking medium size West End accountancy practice with around 70 staff? Are you looking for a role where you can utilise your bookkeeping and act in an advisory capacity to a variety of clients and work in a friendly and supportive department which will offer you a great work life balance? Based in a very successful, rapidly growing Bookkeeping and Business Services team, your role will be varied and will include the production of monthly and quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, general bookkeeping assignments and client advisory work using cloud based software such as Xero or Quickbooks Online. You will be offering clients advice, help clients with migrating from other software packages to cloud software and be responsible for ad hoc projects and assignments such as cash flows, forecasting, budgeting etc. Your role will be varied and challenging, and training will be provided where necessary. There will be many growth and development opportunities in the future and the firm is happy to offer ACCA study support if required.

To be considered for this new role (September 2025) you must have at least 5 years experience bookkeeping experience (or more) working for a good quality accountancy practice firm, with experience of the above duties, particularly the preparation of management accounts (which is essential for this role). You must now be looking to upgrade to a very good quality Top 80 West End based accountancy firm where you can continue with your career and work in a role of great importance in a rapidly expanding bookkeeping department with many growth opportunities in the future, including offering study support if required. You must be looking to work on a wide variety of good quality London based clients, take on responsibility at a rapid pace and manage and service your clients to a high standard. The firm offer staff hybrid working and you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, as well as achieve a good work life balance.
