<p>As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategy, including media relations. You will lead campaigns across all channels to promote the brand, drive product adoption, and position the company as a market leader.</p><p><br></p><p>You will own the marketing and media communication strategies and execute them through your team, leveraging data, creativity, and modern technologies—including AI tools—to maximize impact and efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Your Work Will Entail:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Marketing Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance brand awareness, trust, and adoption—contributing to overall sales and revenue objectives.</li><li>Digital & Social Media Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of digital initiatives (SEO, PPC, social media campaigns), using AI-driven insights and automation tools to optimize the voice of the brand, engagement, and reach across platforms.</li><li>Asset Creation: Oversee the creation of a scalable, AI-assisted asset library (including visuals, copy, and multimedia) in line with brand guidelines and company tone of voice.</li><li>Measurement & Analytics: Use AI-powered analytics platforms to track communication KPIs, assess campaign effectiveness, and continually refine strategies based on real-time insights and predictive data models.</li><li>Budget Management: Effectively allocate the annual budget across channels, utilizing AI forecasting tools to model campaign ROI and optimize spend across always-on, product, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Brand Guidelines: Serve as the guardian of the brand's identity and tone of voice, ensuring consistent application across all internal and external communications—including those enhanced or generated using AI tools.</li><li>Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets, while exploring AI-based media monitoring and sentiment analysis tools to identify new opportunities for outreach and coverage.</li><li>Content & Messaging: Oversee all public-facing messaging—including AI-assisted content creation for blogs, social media, executive comms, and press releases—ensuring accuracy, tone, and strategic alignment.</li><li>Brand Reputation Management: Monitor public sentiment using AI-based listening tools, manage crisis communication scenarios swiftly, and safeguard the brand's image.</li><li>Event & Speaking Engagements: Identify and coordinate industry speaking engagements and media opportunities for the executives, leveraging AI tools to map trends and identify strategic placements.</li><li>Internal Communication: Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across departments and contribute to a strong internal communications framework that leverages AI where appropriate (e.g., content generation, summaries, translation tools).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring To This Role:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven success in developing and executing marketing communication and media strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging AI applications.</li><li>Experience with AI-enhanced social media strategy, digital marketing, and content distribution.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance measurement platforms (AI-powered tools a plus).</li><li>Strong media relationships and experience in managing press and influencer engagement.</li><li>Excellent storytelling, public speaking, and written communication skills.</li><li>Experience in managing communications during crises and public relations challenges.</li><li>Strong people leadership and team development skills.</li><li>Strategic and adaptive thinking in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Education:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (required).</li><li>8+ years of experience in marketing communications and media relations, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.</li><li>Experience implementing or working alongside AI tools for marketing communications is highly desirable.</li><li>Relevant certifications in PR, digital media, or AI-enhanced marketing are a plus.</li></ul>
