The British Women Pilots' Association (BWPA) encourages women to pursue careers in aviation, specialising in pilot careers. With the right Communications Director in place the Association can make greater impact than it already does an stride into the future.<br><br>Find out more about the BWPA here,<br><br>https //bwpa.co.uk/about-the-bwpa/<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>Experience, in running a team and managing a website and mixed media channels is preferred.<br><br>What will you be doing?<br><br>The BWPA communicate through e-news (via Mailchimp), published gazettes, website and social media channels and may collaborate on external third-party media (Press - Aviation or general) from time to time. This year we are providing 36 scholarships to encourage future growth. We will be spending the next year following the progress of our scholarship winners and celebrating them and our Award winners while also arranging mentorship and social meetings for our members and reporting on their progress and achievements.<br><br>The BWPA currently require a Communications Director who is happy to manage a small team of volunteers who update the website, social media, and events etc., run the media/events calendar in collaboration with events, scholarships, committee and other BWPA working groups and is happy to participate in getting media out in a timely manner.
