The role
We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is essential in supporting our billing function and ensuring accurate and timely processing of our monthly updates. You'll play a vital part in bridging the gap during our transition to the SIMPro system, providing critical assistance.


This is a fast-paced environment, and you'll have the opportunity to quickly learn and contribute. You'll work closely with experienced team members, gaining valuable insights into our billing processes.


Responsibilities include:

  • Process and update billing data accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and generation of monthly billing reports.
  • Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the team during the transition to the SIMPro billing system.
  • Assist with ad-hoc billing-related tasks as required.

Skills required:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation).
  • Proven experience in data entry with exceptional accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in a billing or finance-related role is a plus
