We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote UK franchise recruitment team and help us connect with the next generation of franchise partners.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a self-driven sales professional with a passion for connecting with people and helping them start their own business journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for franchise inquiries in the UK, responsible for qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers.

This is a remote, casual role with an uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone looking to make a real impact and earn significant commissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Qualification:
Respond to inbound franchise inquiries from across the UK, qualify potential franchise partners, and ensure they align with Success Tutoring’s values and criteria.

Appointment Setting:
Book and schedule video meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present the Success Tutoring franchise opportunity to qualified prospects.

Relationship Building:
Build meaningful relationships with prospective franchise partners by understanding their business goals and motivations.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, conversations, and appointments in our CRM system.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the UK Franchise Sales Manager and our Sydney-based executive team to optimise the franchise recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all prospects.

Base Salary: £1,600/month (fully remote)
Commission: £1,600 per franchise sale (uncapped)

Requirements

Sales Experience: You have experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales, ideally in franchise recruitment, education, or B2B sales.
Communication Skills: You are confident on the phone and can build rapport quickly with people from all walks of life.
Organisational Skills: You can manage multiple leads at different stages of the pipeline and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Self-Motivation: You thrive in a remote working environment and are target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
Understanding of the UK Market: Knowledge of UK business culture and local education trends is a plus.
