Join us!<br><br><strong>What The People Systems Administrator Does At Worldwide<br><br></strong>As a member of the global People Strategy + Culture (PSC) team, the People System Administrator will perform a variety of system tasks, with focus on providing excellent systems service and operational support to teams remotely based around the world. The People System Administrator will be part of the wider PSC team and focus on supporting the day to day system administration tasks in Workday and other People Systems. The People System Administrator will also provide first line support for systems queries and work with other members of the PSC team to help drive operational excellence across the PSC function through technology's.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Execute Workday administration activities such as configuration of systems, system maintenance, system testing, data checks, system feeds and interfaces, and managing user access. </li><li>Participate in user acceptance testing during system implementations and upgrades. </li><li>Create both standard and ad-hoc reports in Workday. </li><li>Work with end users to troubleshoot issues, and provide 1st Line Support for systems queries. </li><li>Help develop and maintain training materials and user guides; update as required to ensure documents are up to date. </li><li>Support governance of people related data within systems and undertake data cleansing tasks. </li><li>Provide systems and technology support to the wider PSC team on projects. </li><li>Actively pursue innovative initiatives and improvements in current processes through better use of technology. </li><li>Drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Bring To The Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analytical and problem solving skills to respond to requested changes and identify system configurations. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to focus on customer needs and requirements to determine solutions. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills - can communicate effectively and build effective relationships. </li><li>Resourceful in approach to resolving day-to-day system and operational queries. </li><li>A high degree of integrity, confidentiality and commitment. </li><li>Personal accountability and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and work without supervision to complete tasks. </li><li>Strongly proficient with Excel <br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Workday Administration experience; other HR Systems experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field </li><li>Fluent in English <br><br></li></ul>We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.<br><br>To view our other roles, check out our careers page at Discover a world of difference at Worldwide!
