Our vision extends globally, and we envision a centre in every major city.<br><br>This is a part-time remote opportunity for someone friendly, proactive, organised, high-energy, detail-focused, and passionate about creating structure, clarity, and ease for others.<br><br>You’ll start with a guaranteed <strong>daily retainer of 30 minutes</strong>, which includes email management and a brief 10-minute check-in at <strong>8:30 AM (UK time)</strong>, as and when needed, Monday to Friday. Additional hours—up to 1 - 1.5 hours per day—may be required based on business and personal priorities.<br><br>You will be reporting, providing administrative support, and performing various general administrative tasks for our CEO. You will represent the company, and therefore, you must have excellent spoken English and a positive, helpful attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to handle organisational projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision.<br><br><strong>What Will I Get<br><br></strong><ul><li>Location flexibility with Hybrid/work from home</li><li>Autonomy of schedule, starting with 30 mins/day and scaling to more as needed</li><li>Interaction with CEO/Co-founder</li><li>Personal and skill development.</li><li>Playbooks and checklists to get from A to B.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will I Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Process and organise the CEO\'s calendar and schedule meetings</li><li>Email detox</li><li>Process the CEO\'s email inbox and answer emails x 2</li><li>Prepare and have an admin meeting as needed</li><li>Adhoc Recruitment posting, shortlisting, testing, setting up 1st stage interviews</li><li>Ad hoc project management of other virtual staff, ensuring company KPIs are high</li><li>Adhoc Onboarding, engagement, Offboarding as required</li><li>Ad-hoc admin as needed for personal and professional.
