Do you have ambition and want to empower others?<br><br>We have a great opportunity for the right person to join the Customer Service Centre as a Customer Service Centre Administrator.<br><br>The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and proactive team who are passionate about providing top-level customer service to support the delivery of Cumberland Councils operating model.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong>The team provide effective and efficient customer service, from the first point of contact, ensuring positive outcomes for customers to reduce demand on our front-line critical services along with following back-office processes to ensure online contacts are being assessed. This can be through a range of channels such as face to face, online, telephony and email.<br><br>Services situated within the Customer Service Centre include Blue Badge, Free School Meals, Waste & Recycling, Waste Permits, Registration & Ceremonies, Highways Hotline, Revenues & Benefits, MP Enquiries, Complaints, Health & Wellbeing and Council Tax.<br><br>The ideal candidates will be proactive, have excellent customer service skills, a flexible approach to working and must be able to adapt to a multichannel offer.<br><br><strong>Who We�re Looking For<br><br></strong>We�re looking for individuals who embody our organisation's core values: ambitious, collaborative, compassionate, empowering, and innovative.
