Job Title: Senior Windows & Citrix Engineer

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 +Bonus

Location: Queens, NY (Hybrid)

As part of our Windows Engineering Team, you'll collaborate with talented professionals across the globe to support and evolve our critical Citrix and Windows environments. This is a high-profile position where you'll have direct influence on enterprise-wide systems, while continuing to grow your technical skills in an environment that values both innovation and career development.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and support Citrix desktop virtualization environments across a global footprint.
  • Lead implementations and upgrades across complex Windows and Citrix infrastructures.
  • Partner with business leaders and IT teams worldwide to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
  • Use automation and scripting (PowerShell) to streamline processes across large-scale IT estates.
  • Drive improvements in resiliency, security, and performance across mission-critical systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep expertise in Citrix architecture, design, and administration (ADC/NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, WEM, ADM, etc.).
  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server (2012–2022), Active Directory, ADCS, GPO, and SAML/SSO.
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot large, distributed enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, monitoring, and configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
