About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with appropriate disciplinary experience, for the post of Senior Programme Manager

This role will work across various programmes activity at King’s Academy such as the delivery of the King’s Education Awards, Staff Student Partnership, and initiatives within the Leadership and Scholarship programme.  In addition, the role will support the Head of Operations in providing business support within the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for colleagues who wish to build on their project management skills and expertise working closely with educators both within King’s Academy and across Faculties, engaging with Faculty Staff and Students, to co-develop programmes and activities that will ultimately support staff who teach.

The Senior Programme Manager will join a friendly, existing Operations Team at King’s Academy and will be closely supported within King’s Academy.  The postholder will help to ensure operational efficiency in key areas.  At times members from the team will share responsibilities and duties when required.

The role is primarily based at King’s JCMB Campus though you may be required to travel to other campuses on occasion. As part of King’s hybrid working policy, all team members are expected to be on campus 40-60% of the time, though we would be happy to consider flexible working in discussion with you.

The post will be an indefinite contract. This is a full time post (35 hours per week) on a Professional Services contract.
