Our client is seeking a talented individual to step into the role of Business Analyst (BA) / VP within their dynamic Transformation and Change Management Group (TCMG).</p><p>This is your chance to make a significant impact by enhancing client onboarding processes and shaping Target Operating Models (TOMs) to align with strategic goals.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of understanding and assessing the evolving needs of the business. Your role will include:</p><ul><li>analysing the impacts of change and translating EMEA regulatory requirements into actionable business requirements.</li><li>Developing a comprehensive understanding of current practises, identifying gaps, and defining a desired future state.</li><li>Applying process re-engineering techniques to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies in client onboarding.</li><li>Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, and Technology) to gather and document business requirements.</li><li>Facilitating workshops, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring traceability of requirements through to implementation.</li><li>Creating clear and detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process diagrams.</li><li>Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features align with documented requirements.</li><li>Presenting at Steering Committees, translating complex data and regulations into clear, actionable insights for senior management.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><p>To succeed in this role, you'll need:</p><ul><li>A proven track record in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs).</li><li>Experience with end-to-end client onboarding processes in financial services, including compliance with KYC and AML regulations.</li><li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage cross-functional teams to support change delivery.</li><li>Certified Lean Six Sigma qualifications to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li><li>Resilience under pressure with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
