This is a 360 degree role where you will be expected to source candidates, manage accounts, business develop, support candidates through their interview processes and provide them professional and clear career advice and mentor our consultants leading by example through best practice. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year working within recruitment, headhunting, executive search (preferably within financial services, FinTech and / or Tech innovation). Able to communicate professionally (written and spoken) to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. We work closely with our international clients on high level roles. Able to source candidates and have a high conversion rate of obtaining and submitting quality CVs and candidates Have a good conversion rate of sourcing CVs to interview progression Have a can-do and positive attitude, we work in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment, you must be able to adapt, remain agile and have resilience when approaching tasks and projects. Passionate and genuine interest in financial services and / or FinTech and / or Web3 Able to generate revenue both alone and as part of a team. Good English communication skills (written and spoken). Self-motivated to work in a 100% remote environment and able to travel to London when required for team meet ups / events. Be able to work fully remotely with an understanding of working with sensitive and confidential data. Enjoy bringing in new clients and roles (business development is part of this role).
