Sumsub is making a major investment in a critical strategic area - Reusable Identity, which includes both B2B and B2C dimensions. This is a market-facing leadership role, not a supporting one. You will lead the business/GTM side of a flagship product area— shaping its go-to-market approach, building key partnerships, and driving adoption at scale. We are placing a bold bet on this space, and you will be the one leading it into the market.

Overall goal — Establishing Sumsub as the category leader for reusable identity.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Act as the GTM lead for Reusable Identity product suite, owning both growth strategy and execution.
  • Build and scale partnerships with leading players in crypto, fintech and iGaming.
  • Drive measurable B2B adoption and B2C user growth, responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration between product, marketing, sales and operations.
  • Play a role in shaping the product roadmap of the Reusable Identity product.
  • Represent Sumsub in the market, positioning the company as the industry standard for reusable identity.
  • Deliver immediate business impact by leveraging your network and executing hands-on

KPIs

  • Adoption of Reusable KYC throughout the Sumsub customer base
  • Growth of Sumsub ID user base
  • Growth in the network of partners who use and promote Sumsub’s Reusable identity products

About You:


  • Proven track record in business development or partnerships within fintech and crypto
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry and the web3 ecosystem is essential
  • Strong existing network in crypto and ability to access decision-makers from day one
  • Understanding of KYC/AML is a strong plus
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • High level of independence, initiative and responsibility
