intelliflo operates independently under its own brand as a wholly owned subsidiary of Invesco, a global leader in the asset management industry.

  • Collaborate with content creators and speakers to ensure high-quality audio and visual output.
  • Support on post-production editing including trimming, transitions, audio balancing, captioning, and branding overlays.
  • Prepare video content for distribution across YouTube, social media, and internal channels.

Product Demos

  • Integrate AI-generated voiceovers and annotations to enhance clarity and engagement.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure demos accurately reflect product capabilities and user experience.

Events

  • Design and produce visual assets for our flagship event hosting up to 1,000 attendees, including stand designs, signage, and location branding.
  • Collaborate with event managers and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and technical accuracy of all materials.
  • Create supporting visuals for breakout sessions, keynote presentations, and digital displays.
  • Contribute to pre-event promotion and post-event wrap-up content.

Asset Management

  • Build and maintain a centralised, easy-to-navigate library of design assets, templates, and brand elements.
  • Ensure assets are version-controlled, tagged, and accessible to marketing and wider business teams.
  • Regularly audit and update the library to reflect new campaigns, refreshed branding, and evolving business needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on how to use and adapt assets appropriately.

What will you bring:

  • A hands-on role with exposure to a wide variety of marketing projects across the UK and Australia.
  • Opportunities to develop technical design skills and contribute to high-impact campaigns.
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values precision, creativity, and initiative.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Experience with CMS platforms and basic web design principles (WordPress preferred).
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and file formats for print and digital.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective design solutions.
