Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering and leadership roles.

  • Partner with founders, hiring managers, and investors to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

  • Drive business development through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and conferences.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network across engineering, product, and leadership functions.

  • Negotiate offers and manage client–candidate relationships to successful outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with crypto and blockchain industry trends to provide informed insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in tech, finance, or engineering.

  • Strong business development skills—comfortable generating new client relationships.

  • Experience working on senior level hires, engineering or non engineering

  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and resilient with a high-performance mindset.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A genuine interest in crypto and blockchain (you don’t need to be a degen, just curious and keen to learn).

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (six-figure potential).

  • Freedom to work from London, Dubai, or fully remote.

  • Access to premium recruitment tools, databases, and industry insights.

  • Opportunities to travel and attend major crypto conferences worldwide.

  • Supportive, ambitious team culture with clear growth path.

  • The chance to become a market leader in one of the fastest-growing industries.

At WorkInCrypto.Global, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a trusted partner to some of the most influential names in crypto. If you want to combine your recruitment expertise with the chance to shape the future of finance and technology, we want to hear from you.
