About the Role

Performance Bonuses: Earn up to €3000.00 per year

Working Hours:
  • Full-time 40-hour work week
  • Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM – 7 PM
  • Start Date: 4th April
Your Role:
  • Handle incoming customer calls, converting inquiries into sales.
  • Work towards performance targets in sales, call-handling, and service quality.
  • Track and manage customer reservations, ensuring seamless support.
  • Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Share customer feedback with team leaders to improve service quality.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting and motivating colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
