Outcomes/KPIs

  • $52,500 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum).
    • 15 units of our DWY Program Offer @ $3500 per month for 4-6 months program.
    • Take 3 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approx 70-80 per month.
    • Have 5 available 60-minute calendar slots available per day.
    • Generate up to 10 calls per month through organic and outbound methods.
  • 30% minimum “live call” closing ratio
  • Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
    • Morning Huddles via zoom, 8 am Monday - Friday
    • End of Day report
    • Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM

Compensation

  • Compensation
    • Draw for this position is $6K-$7K/m (For the first 60-90 days)
    • Commission:
      • Front-End Units - 8% commission
      • Paid upon CASH collected
      • Right now $3500 x 4 months = $14k total.
      • PIF bonus (TBD)
    • Bonuses: $1K per $50k (Monthly Revenue) generated monthly cash collected, given you hit a 35% close rate.
  • On Track Earnings:
    • 3 (to 4) Calls per day (pre-qualified) / 15 wk / 65 month
    • 75% Show Rate = 50 live calls/month
    • 35% call
    • close ratio = 17-18 closes
    • 8%*14,000 (separated over 4 months)= $1120
    • w/ bonus = $20k/m.
  • Potential On Track Earnings:
    • 4 Calls per day / 20 wk / 85 month
    • 75% Show Rate = 63 live calls/month
    • 35% call
    • close ratio = 22 closes
    • 8%*14k = 1120 commission per unit

  • Time
    • This is a full time, 40-50 hours / wk position.
    • You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit XX units
      • Be available to communicate through slack 8am-6am EST daily.

Job Description:

We are looking for a B2B High-Ticket Sales Closer with the energy, motivation, and experience to close deals at the highest level. This is a full-time, remote position with the potential to earn multi six-figure compensation.

If you are not an A-player with a relentless work ethic, this role is not for you. We expect you to close 80+ live calls per month, with high quality leads provided to you by our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take scheduled sales calls: Take scheduled sales calls set by our team to engage leads, qualify prospects, and either close the deal or set up a brand analysis call for added value if a one-call close isn't achieved.
  • Perform Brand Analysis Presentations: Lead calls where you walk prospects through our brand analysis, identifying growth opportunities and demonstrating how GNO Partners can help their business. Close deals on these calls whenever possible.
  • Close deals: Convert prospects into clients by presenting the value of our services in a way that addresses their specific needs.
  • Set additional calls and work leads during unscheduled hours to maximize sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all interactions are logged in Pipedrive, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly objectives, with a focus on maximizing closing rates and sales volume.
  • Complete daily KPI reports and attend regular team meetings and trainings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales (ideally with a B2B e-commerce or Amazon agency business).
  • 1+ years of Amazon FBA experience (PPC, Brand Management, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, consistently closing high-ticket deals.
  • High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong drive for excellence and a competitive spirit in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Track record of thriving in a dynamic, high-performance role, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
