(Senior) Legal Counsel - London or Remote

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of the international legal department of FREENOW and be dedicated to our business in the UK. You will work in a fast-paced, international and dynamic company and take care of all legal questions related to our super mobility app!


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including sponsorships, services agreements, partnerships and terms and conditions applicable to the business, among others.
  • Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, raffles and content initiatives.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including transportation laws and intellectual property.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company’s operations.
  • Implementing automated solutions and workflows to simplify and expedite the handling of legal requests.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • You are qualified to practice law in the UK or an EU member state (preferably in the UK). 
  • 3+ years post qualification experience (PQE). A mix of law firm and in-house experience is preferred, although we will consider private practice lawyers who have demonstrable client exposure.
  • You possess exceptional skills in team management and have experience in providing guidance and communicating to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to maintain composure and effectively handle multiple tasks while under pressure. Responding swiftly, thinking quickly, and making prompt decisions in a rapidly evolving and dynamic setting.
  • You possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning. You are also willing to dive into any task at hand and enthusiastically take on new challenges.
  • You are fluent in English (another European language is a strong plus).
