Creative Assistant (Social Media Virality & Trends) | Remote

Are you obsessed with viral content? Do you live and breathe social media trends, pop culture, and data-driven creativity? We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who deeply understands what makes content explode online—and is ready to test, iterate, and help us push boundaries every day.

About Us:

We’re a boutique social media agency helping luxury hotels and hospitality brands grow their presence online—authentically. Our goal? Craft content that evokes emotion, taps into deep desires, and builds community around the modern traveler. We prioritize storytelling, vulnerability, and strategy grounded in performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Virality Research: Constantly research and analyze trends, formats, and viral hooks (mostly IG).
  • Performance Analysis: Study analytics (retention, watch time, engagement drop-off, etc.) and identify what works—and why.
  • Content Testing: Develop and test multiple iterations of the same concept to refine what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and refine ideas into content that drives performance.
  • On-Screen/Script Contribution: Support video creation through hooks, captions, on-screen copy, and edits (CapCut or Premiere a plus).
  • Trend Mapping: Stay ahead of meme culture, audio trends, formats, and emerging pop culture moments—especially within the U.S. market.

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Are extremely online—you get what makes content stick and why things go viral
  • Think like a creator and act like an analyst
  • Understand metrics like retention, watch time, click-throughs, and engagement deeply
  • Are fluent in CapCut or Premiere (basic editing, text placement, effects)
  • Thrive in iterative, fast-paced testing environments
  • Have a strong grasp of American culture and Gen Z/Millennial humor
  • Can give and receive feedback openly to keep evolving content

Details:

  • £2900–£3750/month (based on experience)
  • Remote, flexible hours, async-friendly

How to Apply:

Send us:

  • Links to any social accounts, content you’ve created, or viral formats you’ve helped ideate or edit

We’re excited to build something fresh—and we want someone equally passionate to make it with us.
