We are adding a Patient Care Representative  Flex, Limited-Term who will be responsible for managing a high volume of service requests from Providers and Members. The Patient Care Representative will work closely with the Patient Care Team to support patients throughout their journey.</p> <p><strong><em>This is a limited-term remote position eligible for full benefits, overtime and a completion bonus.Typically this will be a 6 month term working between 25-40 hours/week with opt-in overtime. There is potential for this to convert to a full-time role. We are looking for candidates willing to work on a Central or Pacific Time schedule.
