Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionThis position requires proficiency in various warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, replenishment, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counting, and shipping. You will use SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to perform your duties. A high level of productivity and quality is essential. This role involves assisting team members with process questions, adapting to changing daily tasks, and being a role model and coach to others. Proficiency with material handling equipment such as forklifts is required.ResponsibilitiesDetermine daily work schedule via work board instructions and supervisor direction.Perform equipment inspections and complete documentation before operation.Unload shipments, confirm order quantities, and input information into SAP and WMS.Utilize forklifts to transport pallets to designated locations.Resolve discrepancies using Warehouse Management System and related resources.Replenish and scan products to designated storage locations.Pick inventory, verify quantities, and prepare for shipping.Consolidate pallets for multiple orders to reduce shipping costs.Participate in daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.Ensure facility and equipment care, maintaining cleanliness and performing 5S activities.Proactively manage damage control and communicate potential problems.Contribute to process changes and correct technical errors.Maintain a clean work environment and demonstrate reliability and good work ethic.Comply with safety guidelines, including safe lifting and equipment use.Essential SkillsAccurate counting and math skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.Knowledge of warehouse management systems and proper lifting techniques.Ability to operate material handling equipment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.3+ years of warehouse experience.Warehouse Management Systems and SAP Receiving experience required.Cycle counting experience required.Certification in material handling equipment required.5S and Lean experience preferred.Why Work Here?This is a technology-driven and innovative company that stays ahead with advanced processes and machinery.
