Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations:

  • Receive incoming shipments and ensure accuracy of received goods.
  • Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with products and supplies as needed.
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment.

2. Delivery Driver Duties:

  • Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locations.
  • Plan delivery routes and efficiently schedule deliveries to optimize time management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Collect payments from customers when required and maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and address any inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics and warehousing is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
