Mokolo+ est une startup basée à Bruxelles spécialisée dans la livraison de restaurants et commerces afro. Notre mission est de digitaliser et structurer l’écosystème afro-food en Europe, en offrant une solution dédiée, adaptée et performante.

Nous sommes en phase de croissance et recherchons un(e) stagiaire en management des opérations pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec le fondateur.

Mission principale

Participer à la structuration et à l’optimisation des opérations quotidiennes de Mokolo+.

Le/la stagiaire travaillera directement avec le fondateur sur des missions stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Missions détaillées

  • Suivi et coordination des livreurs
  • Gestion opérationnelle des restaurants partenaires
  • Optimisation des process internes
  • Analyse des performances (commandes, délais, qualité)
  • Mise en place d’outils de suivi et de reporting
  • Participation aux décisions stratégiques
  • Support dans la gestion des urgences opérationnelles

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, management, gestion, entrepreneuriat ou ingénierie
  • Forte capacité d’organisation et de priorisation
  • Esprit analytique et orienté solution
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Intérêt pour les startups et l’écosystème tech
  • Disponible immédiatement
  • Basé(e) à Bruxelles
