We're Hiring: Trainee Delivery Consultant / Admin – Leeds Office

Due to ongoing success and continued growth, we’re looking for a Trainee Delivery Consultant to join our fun (and slightly crazy) team here in Leeds! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in recruitment, no experience needed – just bring your personality, passion, and willingness to learn.

The Role:

As a Trainee Delivery Consultant, you'll be fully supported and trained as you learn the ropes of recruitment, focusing on placing candidates within the industrial and logistics sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Learning how to source and engage top-quality candidates
  • Conducting candidate interviews and matching them to the right roles
  • Supporting senior consultants with client requirements
  • Gaining insight into how we build and manage client relationships
  • Keeping up with industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Working towards targets and developing your confidence and skills
  • Handling day-to-day admin such as updating databases/ATS, formatting CVs, preparing interview packs, and keeping candidate records accurate
  • Managing email inboxes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meeting calendars

What We’re Looking For:

  • No recruitment experience needed – we provide full training!
  • Great communication skills and a confident personality
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to commute to our Leeds office daily (a driving license is a bonus but not essential)
  • Flexibility and a sense of humour definitely help too!
