Teen Leader Teen leaders are responsible for providing the most FUN and memorable vacations to younger guests. You would be working in the kid’s club section of the ship providing safe, fun filled age-appropriate activities for children aged between 12-17 years old. Responsibilities You are expected to ensure their safety. Engage and arrange events and activities for teens like dance parties, games, outdoor movies and more. Qualifications Must have and present one of the following or anything like the items listed below plus minimum 2 year of experience in related fields: Experience working with teens. Care Certification. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education/Recreation/Park/Tourism preferred. Child & Youth Worker Diploma. Early Childhood Education Diploma. Educational Assistant Diploma. Experience: Experience working in after school programs/YMCA or other school programs/professional childcare centre/as sports coach. Additional requirements: Must be able to speak proficient English (speak, read and write fluently.) Must have hospitality skills & be focused on guest services.
