Technical Support Specialist

to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation.

Your mission:




We're currently extending our client support team and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the

22:00 - 07:00

and

15:00 - 00:00 GMT+3

shifts,with

flexible weekends

.

Your tasks will include:

Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality; Quality control of integrations, testing; Maintaining an integration FAQ; Support for system operation; Assistance in the development of integration documentation.

What are your skills and experience:



2+ years of experience in technical support;

Knowledge of

HTTP

; Knowledge of

client-server architecture

; Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by

logs

; Knowledge of both

SQL/NoSQL databases

; Fluent Russian language skills, and English language at a level B2 or higher.

Nice to have:



Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
