As aSupply Chain Packing and Shipping Specialist in IDEXX's Memphis Distribution Center,you will work in our warehouse to pick, pack, load and ship products to national customers and distribution centers. You will ensure accuracy of documentation and shipments, troubleshoot and resolve issues as required while maintaining a clean, orderly and safe warehouse and environment.

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

What You Can Expect in This Role:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times

  • Be part of a collaborative team delivering excellent customer service

  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Perform packing and shipping duties with precision and care

  • Operate equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks (experience preferred but not required)

  • Use RF guns for inventory tracking and order fulfillment

  • Respond to emails and manage logistics communications efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records and manage shipping documentation using SAP

  • Engage in significant computer-based work-comfort with digital tools and email communication is essential

  • Pay close attention to detail-accuracy is absolutely critical in every aspect of this role, from documentation to order fulfillment

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must-this role demands precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality

  • Strong proficiency with computers and email communication is critical

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to function effectively in a team environment

  • Distribution and forklift experience highly preferred

  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred

  • RF scanner experience is highly preferred
