Build the technology powering the next generation of global renting.

At The Flex, we’re reinventing the rental experience worldwide.
We believe renting should be as effortless as buying something online — fast, transparent, and borderless.

Our mission is simple but bold:
to give tenants true freedom to rent anywhere in the world, and landlords the power to manage their properties with ease — without middlemen, high fees, or complexity.

We’re a lean, elite team of A-players obsessed with growth, impact, and innovation. If you’re hungry to build, learn, and leave your mark on an industry ripe for disruption, you’re in the right place.

🚀 Your Role: Software Developer

You’ll be part of the engineering force behind Base360.ai, the intelligent backbone of The Flex — automating everything from bookings and check-ins to cleaning and communications.

Your job: build technology that replaces friction with flow, turning property operations into seamless, automated experiences.

You’ll touch every layer of the stack, from front-end interactions to back-end logic and cloud deployment.
If you love solving complex problems with clean, scalable code, this role is your arena.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

  • Build the Core Systems – Design and develop high-performance applications powering bookings, guest experiences, and operations.

  • Integrate Everything – Create and refine APIs that connect The Flex to booking platforms, payments, and communication tools.

  • Automate with Purpose – Write scripts that make routine property management tasks vanish (check-ins, reports, reminders).

  • Own Deployments – Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless) for speed, scale, and reliability.

  • Solve Real Problems – Debug complex issues across the stack, from logic errors to third-party integrations.

  • Collaborate with Impact – Work hand-in-hand with product and operations teams to turn operational pain points into digital efficiency.

  • Keep It Clean – Write maintainable, tested, production-grade code through CI/CD and code reviews.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Strong command of Node.js, React, and AWS Cloud.

  • Experience building serverless applications and distributed systems.

  • Deep understanding of API design and integrations.

  • Familiarity with FastAPI / Python (bonus).

  • Experience in automation systems (real estate, travel, or rentals is a plus).

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you don’t wait for direction, you create it.

🌍 Why Join The Flex

  • Shape a global platform used across cities and countries.

  • Work fast, learn faster — small team, high impact.

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based growth.

  • Zero bureaucracy. Infinite potential.

  • Remote-first — work from anywhere and own your output.

  • Promote from within. We reward excellence and ambition.

🚫 Don’t Apply If

  • You want a safe, slow, 9–5 job.

  • You thrive on politics or gossip.

  • You’re looking for a comfort zone, not a growth zone.

  • You don’t aspire to become one of the best in the world at what you do.
