Our client is a London venue where you can have childlike fun, but no children are allowed!

They have recently opened the second location in London, and are now looking for a Social Media Exec to bring the brand to life across social media. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, IG Reels and all things social. You’ll be responsible for creating fun, engaging and on-brand content that drives awareness, builds community and shows off our client's experience to the world.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with the wider team to make sure our social channels are buzzing with creativity and aligned with our campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Owning all social channels - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Creating short-form videos and content that capture the energy of Fairgame
  • Brainstorming and executing creative ideas in line with brand voice and trends
  • Managing and growing our social presence - posting, engaging and tracking analytics
  • Staying ahead of platform trends to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Running community management – conversations, replies and engagement
  • Working with the marketing team to align social with campaigns, launches and seasonal themes

Who you are:

  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (personal or professional)
  • A strong grasp of social media trends, memes, audio and editing tools
  • Comfortable managing accounts and engaging with audiences
  • Self-motivated, creative and confident in trying new things
  • A natural storyteller with a playful, on-brand tone


Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Logistics: Your time will be split between office, venues and working from home
