SEO Strategist (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Strategist to join our growing digital agency. Based in Edgware but working remotely, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of SEO strategy and delivery across a diverse range of clients including our websites (Digital Agency focused) and our clients such as Financial Advisers, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative and friendly team where your ideas will shape client success.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with agency experience who is ready to step up and lead SEO campaigns end-to-end. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of strategy, analysis, and reporting — not just following a playbook.

You’ll be a problem-solver, hungry to learn, and confident in advising both clients and our internal team on the best way forward. A genuine passion for SEO and digital innovation is essential.

The Role

This is a client-facing role where you will:

  • Own SEO strategy for multiple clients, from technical audits to keyword strategy and reporting.
  • Confidently deliver keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking reports.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement, recommending solutions and not just tasks.
  • Work with our development and content teams to ensure SEO best practice across client websites.
  • Monitor performance through analytics and reporting tools, presenting clear insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay ahead of SEO and digital marketing trends, applying fresh ideas to client campaigns.

Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in technical SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search performance for clients.
  • Ability to set up and manage SEO tools and dashboards (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — confident in explaining SEO insights to non-technical audiences.
  • (Bonus) Experience in social media or conversion optimisation.

Benefits

  • Remote working
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Ongoing training & development
  • Opportunities for promotion and a full time position
  • Staff parties 4 times per year

Hours & Salary

  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,000 pro-rata – (£13,500)
