This is an on-site leadership role at the heart of the clients digital agenda, driving delivery of:A Data Lake/Operational Data Store (ODS) implementationA Reference & Master Data Management (RMDM) platform rolloutYou will be the clients trusted partner on the ground, steering complex programmes that define their long-term data strategy and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Delivery: Manage the full life cycle of both data initiatives, ensuring successful execution from design to deployment.Engage & Influence: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, align expectations, and deliver transparent reporting on progress, risks, and milestones.Lead Global Teams: Coordinate and inspire offshore development teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time.Governance & Assurance: Enforce robust project controls-scope, budget, quality, and timelines.Problem-Solve & Accelerate: Anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving at pace.Strategic Integration: Oversee dependencies, resource allocation, and roadmap alignment across both initiatives.What Were Looking ForTrack Record: 5 years managing large-scale data projects (eg Data Lakes, Warehousing, MDM, BI, migrations).Project Management Expertise: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid-plus hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.Data Knowledge: Strong grasp of data architecture, governance, and modern data platforms.Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and distributed teams.Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, clear with both technical and executive audiences.Mindset: Outcome-driven, proactive, and resilient in complex environments.Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or similar.Highly DesirableConsultancy background in digital/data transformation.United Arab Emirates residency and familiarity with the regional landscape.Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, CDMP).Arabic language skills.
