You'll assist callers with<br><br>questions about our handcrafted confections, place gift orders, resolve order concerns,<br><br>and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Whether it's<br><br>by phone, email, or chat---you'll help spread holiday cheer, one happy customer at a time.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br><ul><li> Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat</li><li> Assist with product inquiries, order placement, delivery tracking, and more</li><li> Accurately enter orders and navigate multiple systems with ease</li><li> Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism</li><li> Stay informed about our products and promotions</li><li> Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service<br><br></li></ul>What You Bring<br><br><ul><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li> Strong multitasking and organizational abilities</li><li> Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li> Keyboarding 30+ WPM</li><li> A positive, adaptable attitude and a team-player mindset</li><li> At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred</li><li> **High school diploma or GED required**<br><br></li></ul>**<br><br><ul><li> Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check** Training Details</li><li> Dates: September 15--26, 2025</li><li> Schedule: Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM -- 4:30 PM</li><li> Attendance: 100% attendance is mandatory for the entire training period.
