About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join our commercial team.

This role is central to ensuring that all inbound enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care — providing the first point of contact for many of our clients. You’ll be responsible for qualifying and directing enquiries, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting colleagues across the commercial function.

You’ll be equally comfortable speaking with customers on the phone as you are managing systems and processes behind the scenes. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and building positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry Management & Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response.
  • Qualify enquiries to determine the appropriate next step and route them to the right person or team.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all written and verbal communications, reflecting EB’s values and brand.

CRM & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and supporting efficient workflow processes.
  • Monitor and manage enquiry response times to ensure consistent and high-quality communication.
  • Support the smooth running of the commercial function by assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and general coordination.

Team Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to colleagues across the commercial team during busy periods or annual leave.
  • Help identify and flag potential opportunities for sales, land, or strategic partnerships that arise through client conversations or enquiries.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support efforts to streamline internal processes and improve enquiry handling efficiency.
  • Provide feedback from clients and enquiries to help shape EB’s commercial approach and client experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills — confident and professional over the phone and in writing.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft 365.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A genuine passion for the environment and restoring nature.
