If you care about your customer and can provide an exceptional service in catering to their product requirements this maybe the role for you. This role is about the quality of the customer journey providing advice on Vitality Life products, building a rapport so through their choices they make the right one through us, as Vitality Life. This is over the telephone and can be direct with personal customers and our business customers too. We offer ongoing support, coaching and we focus on your development in your Vitality career. Previous experience of working in Insurance sales is required.<br><br><strong>What you will you do as a Remote Protection Adviser<br><br></strong><ul><li>Providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to our customers</li><li>Time management is key as we are fast paced, and we have lots of customer needs to meet</li><li>Proactivity in maintaining your knowledge being a driver in your own performance, knowing we will support in every step </li><li>Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met</li><li>Quality of advice provided is a must with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented along with the analysis and outcomes.
