This is a hybrid role combining hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone with deep domain expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset. </p><p><strong>Hybrid working: </strong>The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. </p><p>If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: <br>identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service) </p> </p> </p><p ><p ><H2 no-style=\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\">Your role </H2> </p><p><ul><li>Test and validate Product Writer dictionaries, skeleton schemes, RTE/XRTE, and rating models. </li><li>Execute functional, regression, and sanity testing across insurance product configurations. </li><li>Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to ensure quality delivery. </li><li>Manage test planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and defect resolution. </li><li>Contribute to test strategy and documentation, including test scenarios and data preparation. </li><li>Use Jira for test and defect management; automation experience with Selenium and Java is a plus. </li> </ul><p>You can bring your whole self to work.
