About the role:


This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection! We are seeking passionate Pizzaiolos who can work the kitchen the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first ingredients in creating the perfect pizza.


What we are looking for:


Ready to be passionate about Neapolitan techniques… and most importantly passionate about pizza!


Used to using pizza ovens.


Dough, Dough, Dough! You’ll be confident in all things Dough.


You’ll have Neapolitan experience or keen to learn the niche
