Job Title: Personal AssistantLocation: Central LondonRemuneration: £45,000 - £48,000 per annumContract Details: Permanent, Full Time - 1 day WFH

Responsibilities:Join our dynamic team as an Personal Assistant, providing essential support to our Director General, President, and senior management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across the organisation.

?? Diary Management & Meeting Coordination:

Schedule internal and external meetings, managing all necessary logistics.

organise video calls and keep calendars updated.

?? Travel Management:

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and car transfers.

Handle visa applications, vaccinations, and travel insurance.

?? Support for Senior Management:

Assist General Counsel, Head of Trade Policy, Head of Operations, and others with travel and administrative tasks.

Attend meetings and take notes as required.

?? Event & Conference Support:

Help prepare for events, including creating presentations and managing attendee logistics.

Attend conferences in Europe to represent the organisation when necessary.

?? Confidential Assistance:

Provide discreet support with personal tasks for the Director General.

Manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc requests and out-of-hours support.
