Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a <strong>Patient Care Representative</strong> for a leading healthcare organization. <strong>This is a fully onsite position based in Irving, TX</strong>, offered as an open-ended contract opportunity.<br><br><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:<br><br></strong>The<strong> Patient Care Representative</strong> will act as the first point of contact for patients, members, and providers, assisting with questions related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and account access. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
