You will bring a strong blend of capital markets experience, partnerships expertise and a strong passion for Web3/ Tokenisation Your Impact </p><ul><li> Partner Acquisition: Deep focus on signing mutually exclusive deals with our highest priority partners</li> <li> Joint Business Development: Developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility.</li> <li> Day to day partner management of priority partners servicing the tokenization and TradFi operations workflows, including developing and cultivating deep relationships with key decision makers to create clear value alignment and mutually beneficial value propositions</li> <li> Embed Chainlink technology + products in partner operationalising flows and technology stacks</li> <li> Drive early-stage pipeline generation at scale through targeted discovery and qualification based on understanding of entity needs<br><br> 7+ years total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in banking and capital markets industry, institutional finance, business development, partnerships or related fields, Experience working in a startup/fintech or fast-paced environment with evidence of converting high work ethic into stand out personal and team results</li> <li> Strong relationship management ability to identify, build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and partners</li> <li> A passion for bringing traditional finance on-chain</li> Preferred Requirements <li> Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously</li> <li> Tokenization industry expertise - have a strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management, including an understanding of potential barriers to scale</li> <li> Strong experience selling solutions to Custodians, Fund Administrators, and other partners in the tokenized asset mobility value chain</li> <li> Multilingual<br><br>Chainlink Labs is one of the primary contributing developers of Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance.
