<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Under the direction of the VP, Operational Excellence, the Operational Excellence Analyst provides analytical and operational support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations. This role involves analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of operational strategies.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions And Work Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Functional Category: Operations Support and Analysis<br><br>Estimated Percent of time Spent – 100%<br><br><ul><li> Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.</li><li> Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.</li><li> Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.</li><li> Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.</li><li> Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation checks.</li><li> Create and maintain documentation for operational analysis processes and methodologies.</li><li> Support the Executive Director in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership.</li><li> Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations support and analysis.</li><li> Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational processes.</li><li> Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address operational issues.</li><li> Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li> Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects to ensure timely and successful completion.</li><li> Provide training and support to teams on operational tools and best practices.</li><li> Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across operations.</li><li> Respond to requests for operational analysis and provide analytic support to various departments</li><li> Act as a first responder to operational issues, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.</li><li> Work closely with leaders and teams across various departments to support new initiatives and ensure seamless integration of new processes.</li><li> Assist in managing and executing high-priority projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.</li><li> Prepare and support new ventures (denovos) by ensuring operational readiness, including setting up processes, systems, and training.</li><li> Continuously monitor the performance of new ventures and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.</li><li> Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.</li><li> Utilize data to support decision-making processes and provide insights that drive operational improvements.</li><li> Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes and systems.</li><li> Provide training and support to DeNovos teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.<br><br><br></li></ul>Travel Requirements<br><br>Travel<br><br>Estimated Percent of time Spent 15%<br><br><ul><li> Travel between national InnovAge worksites</li><li> Overnight & out of state travel should be expected.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions<br><br><strong>Required<br><br></strong>Education<br><br><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or another related field.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Experience And Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Minimum of three years of experience in operations support and/or data analysis</li><li> Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).</li><li> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.</li><li> Experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven findings to stakeholders.</li><li> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li><li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong>Education<br><br><ul><li> Master of Arts/Sciences in Business Administration, Operations Management, or another related field.</li><li> Five or more years of experience in operations support role.</li><li> Experience in the healthcare industry or a similar complex environment.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, allowing them to age in their own homes and communities safely.
