Pay Rate: £16.86 + HP = £18.49

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as a Chef de Partie

• Maintain top standards of food safety and hygiene

• Lead and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations

• Adapt to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality

• Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines



What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures

• Level 2/3 Food Safety Certification

• Eligible to work in the UK
