We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with strong motion design skills to join our Creative Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and editing short videos (up to 2 minutes) specifically designed for paid user acquisition on various social platforms, primarily Meta, Youtube Shorts and TikTok.

Your work will play a crucial role in our performance marketing strategy, driving user growth and engagement through compelling, conversion-oriented content. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas, analyze ad performance, and stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends in digital space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing, and will be able to create visually compelling & selling content that effectively communicates our marketing messages.

Challenges You'll Face:

  • Designing short videos to promote the app on various social platforms, primarily Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Generating ideas alongside the marketing team to improve visual communication of messages in ads.
  • Retrospective analysis of videos based on ads' performance.
    Working with AI tools like ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Runway, Luma, etc.
  • Analyzing competitors' ads and social media trends to stay current with worldwide marketing trends.
  • Testing new instruments, effects, plug-ins, and creating project templates to make work more efficient.
  • Adapting to an agile team environment: as we grow, you should be comfortable moving between squads and developing expertise with different teams.
  • Constantly exploring and experimenting with AI technologies in their application to ads, staying ahead of the curve in creative production.

We expect that you have:

  • 1+ year of work experience in a similar position.
  • Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visual content that effectively communicates a marketing message.
  • A modular approach to editing: you perceive iteration in performance marketing as building with components—analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to boost creative performance. You can balance editing as dramaturgy (shaping a persuasive narrative that sells) with experimentation on hooks, bodies, and component combinations to find what drives results.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management.
  • Basics of Figma.

Will be a plus:

  • Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals before they peak.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles.
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.
  • Experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;
  • A competitive salary package based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product;
  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.
