<p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Casual</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Up to 20 hours per week</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> London</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £13.21 per hour</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>The Social Media Assistant (Part-Time) will support the marketing team in enhancing the profile and increasing the brand awareness of The Elite Scheme (ES). This role focuses on creating engaging and high-quality content across Xiaohongshu and WeChat to connect with target audiences effectively. The assistant will also contribute to developing and executing creative content strategies to align with the overall marketing goals of the business.</p><p><strong>The key tasks include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Research & Content Planning:</li><li>Conduct weekly research on competitors’ social media content trends and discuss with marketing team.</li><li>Collect and analyse high-engagement and high-conversion posts, and write monthly content plans for ES’s social media.</li><li>Content Creation for Xiaohongshu (RED) :</li><li>Develop high-quality content tailored to the preferences of high-net-worth families.
