Scotiabank is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting to help drive excellence in regulatory reporting, ensure compliance with evolving financial regulations, and play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of our operations.<br>This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team at the heart of our finance function, working closely with senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and international stakeholders.<br><strong>What You\'ll Do: </strong><br>• Lead and Deliver: Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely liquidity regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Ireland and other stakeholders, including internal monitoring and management reports.<br>• Own Key Processes: Manage SIDAC\'s liquidity reporting framework including IRRBB, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, Asset Encumbrance and recovery plan metrics. Ensure continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and compliance.<br>• Drive Excellence: Champion cross-training and upskilling within the team while implementing controls and robust infrastructure for consistent and reliable regulatory reporting.<br>• Advise and Collaborate: Partner with SIDAC leadership and global policy teams on strategic and regulatory changes, contributing to impact assessments and new business initiatives.<br>• Stay Ahead: Navigate the evolving Irish and European regulatory environment and support SIDAC\'s compliance with CRD IV/CRR regulations; over 520 CRR and 165 CRD articles.<br>• Protect and Perform: Maintain SIDAC\'s internal control framework, mitigate risk, and ensure operational excellence across liquidity reporting processes.<br><strong>What You\'ll Bring: </strong><br>• A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• Extensive experience in regulatory reporting, ideally within a European banking context.<br>• Strong technical knowledge of CRD/CRR and liquidity reporting, including Pillar 3 disclosures and stress testing.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of managing high-impact regulatory deliverables.<br>• Confidence to manage tight deadlines, competing demands, and complex stakeholder relationships.<br>• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for driving quality and process improvement.<br><strong>Why Join Us? </strong><br>At Scotiabank, we don\'t just value technical expertise, we value people who bring curiosity, integrity, and purpose to everything they do.
