Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

You spend most of your time in life at work. This could be your opportunity to make that an enjoyable experience and be part of something special. Something that will give you more purpose.

A company that is award winning and is now getting international interest due to its ground breaking system for swimming ponds and lakes. YES potentially you could be installing a project somewhere warm in December!

Part of a company that cares about YOU.

Not just a number, not someone who isn’t listened too…

So read the ad in its entirety to find out why.

Below, is one of the longest job ads you’ll ever see! It’s done like this for an important reason. We want people that want to be part of something special. This will never be, just a job. If the ad resonates with you, then here’s your chance at a life changing opportunity.

So why have you clicked on this ad? I’m assuming it’s for one of the following reasons…

You want to leave your job because…

  • You don’t feel your current work gives you purpose
  • They don’t pay you what YOU think you’re worth
  • They don’t care about you and your family
  • You’re unable to progress and self-develop
  • The job has become a JOB!

Or maybe you’re self-employed and…

  • You now realise that picking your own hours means working them all
  • That sorting out all your own tax is just a pain
  • You weren’t really protected during Covid lockdown as you couldn’t claim furlough
  • Finding work in the winter is tough. You have to scrabble about and drop your prices
  • You just can’t find good team members to work with
  • Working on your own is miserable
  • You just don’t have the get up and go you get working in a supportive team
  • You’re forever worrying about when the next payment will come in and if you can provide for your family
  • Working for yourself has become a nightmare

Maybe you’ve been let go by a company that didn’t understand you by...

  • Asking unrealistic expectations
  • Not having a voice and an opportunity to be heard

Maybe this is a life changing moment for YOU and US.

We are not your typical construction company.

We are not your typical employer.

We do things differently.

Because our only company goal is to be the best employer there is.

Let me explain why we’re not your typical employer. Let me share the company mission statement:

“To be the best company to work for, period. Not just the best pond company”

· A team that isn’t over worked – There is more to life than work! (shhhhh)

· Investment in the team

· Team that embodies the company values BECAUSE the owner does

  • You’re committed to the company vision, and 12 core values. Find them at the bottom of our ad.
