We are seeking an experienced and strategic
• Project/Program Manager
• to lead and oversee complex projects and multi-project programs in our commercial section for Pahrma or MedTech.
You will be overseeing filed based personell.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in project management, client relationship management, and team development.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and reporting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage associated deliverables across all phases.
• Collaborate with Business Development to finalize budgets and scopes of work; manage financial performance to meet realization targets.
• Oversee project tracking systems and ensure accurate data maintenance.
• Direct and support project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies through quality and risk management plans.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project needs.
• Act as a key relationship manager for clients, addressing issues and implementing solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Participate in RFPs, feasibility assessments, and proposal presentations.
• Represent project management in cross-functional and client-facing committees.
• Manage staff in accordance with company policies, including performance management, development, and HR-related actions.
• Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in project management.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
