Job Description

As an Insurance Sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific insurance needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You will also meet and exceed sales targets by promoting a variety of insurance products tailored to customer requirements.

You will develop and offer personalized insurance plans to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is preferred, if not you must be willing to obtain one
  • Experience: 3-5 years previous sales experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Customer-oriented: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-Motivated
