Job Description: Inbound Call Solutions Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office, W2 - Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5PM CT
Location: Huntsville, AL

Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our in-office call center team as an Inbound Call Solutions Specialist. This role involves handling high inbound call volumes, transferring calls to licensed sales agents, and ensuring a smooth handoff process. 100% of your calls are INBOUND – meaning consumers are calling you. This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations, commission opportunities, and a structured process to set you up for success. Our company generates over 4,000 billable calls per day, and we provide all scripting and rebuttals to ensure a seamless and effective workflow. Agents are required to follow our scripting verbatim.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers for 2-4 minutes before transferring the call to a licensed sales agent and moving to the next call.
  • Ensure a seamless transfer process and drop off the call after the transfer is complete.
  • Strictly adhere to the provided scripting and rebuttals to guide every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a call transfer rate of 6 calls per hour and achieve an 80% billable call success rate.
  • Consistently meet daily performance targets of at least 40 billable calls per 8-hour shift.
  • Adhere to company policies for attendance and performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Training Pay: $8 per hour for one weeks of paid training.
  • Base Pay: $14 per hour after training completion (starting Week 3).
  • DAILY Commission:
  • 46+ billable calls/day: 2% commission (~$41/day at 50 billable calls).
  • 65+ billable calls/day: 3% commission (~$80/day at 65 billable calls).
  • Health Insurance:
  • Available the first of the month after 60 days of employment via an ICHRA stipend:
  • $250/month for employees aged 40 and under.
  • $450/month for employees aged 41-60.
  • $650/month for employees aged 61 and older.
