You’ll collaborate with experienced data analysts and consultants on real projects, making meaningful contributions to client success while enhancing your technical and analytical capabilities. Please note: Onboarding will take place in our London office. Key Responsibilities As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of real-world projects, supporting data-driven decision-making across internal and client teams. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with data collection strategies and research tasks Supporting the development of data workflows and maintaining data quality Helping to prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI Writing basic SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data Presenting insights in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Contributing to the documentation of data processes and standards Participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions to solve business problems Learning from senior analysts and developing your technical skills through hands-on experience Candidate Profile We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who enjoys working with data to uncover trends and inform decisions. The ideal candidate will bring: A background in a relevant area such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or any related discipline Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data Some familiarity with SQL or a strong interest in learning it Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms is a bonus, but not essential An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset Clear communication skills and the ability to share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences A motivated and open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally What You’ll Gain We’re dedicated to supporting your development and helping you build a strong foundation in data analytics.
