Summary:

This role combines daily dining service with fun event support, including setup and teardown for monthly and annual events. You'll warmly welcome members and their guests, learn their preferences, and expertly guide them through the menu. From recommending the perfect wine to crafting and serving signature cocktails, you'll help create memorable dining experiences.

With a focus on smooth, safe, and upbeat service, you'll work alongside a fantastic team to deliver exceptional hospitality and unforgettable moments. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting, this is the role for you!

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and set up side stations; perform initial prep work.
  • Greet and seat members and guests promptly, ensuring safe seating for children.
  • Distribute menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and keep water glasses filled.
  • Efficiently place and serve food and beverage orders; communicate any special instructions to the kitchen.
  • Promptly clear tables, reset with appropriate silverware, and present dessert menus, suggesting and serving desserts, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
  • Stock bar and fulfill opening/closing duties.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following standard recipes, with a strong focus on responsible alcohol service.
  • Verify charges, handle transactions, and maintain cleanliness in bar and dining areas.
  • Assist in setup and breakdown of banquet events, including table arrangements and decor.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to deliver exceptional service during functions and club events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrate effective organization skills and exhibit basic POS knowledge.
  • Stay familiar with daily club operations and work seamlessly within team environments, adapting to both individual and group service needs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to bend, stretch, walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in hot, humid, slippery, and wet conditions.
  • Able to work in a busy, noisy environment.
  • Tolerate exposure to cleaning agents.
